Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns within 24-48 hours

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team

Receive Refund

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refund Timeline

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Digital Payment Orders

For orders paid via JazzCash or EasyPaisa, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Contact us immediately, and we'll arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind

For returns due to change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Methods

  • Bank Transfer (for COD orders)
  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa
  • Store Credit (additional 10% bonus value)

You can choose your preferred refund method when initiating the return. Store credit comes with an extra 10% bonus value as a thank you for your continued business.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired variant.

For defective items, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
