QuickMart offers reliable shipping services across Pakistan. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. Shipping charges are calculated on an item-by-item basis.

How is Shipping Calculated?

Instead of a flat rate, shipping costs are tailored directly to the specific items in your cart:

• ✓Products displaying the 🔥 Free Delivery & COD badge on the product page ship completely free.
• ✓If an item does not have the badge, its specific shipping fee will be clearly displayed on its product page or dynamically calculated during checkout.
• !If you mix both Free Shipping and paid shipping items in a single order, you will only be charged shipping fees for the specific items that require it.

Delivery Areas & Timelines

Delivery Process

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number. You can track your order using:

• Our website's order tracking page
• Courier partner's website (Leopards, TCS, or Pakistan Post)
• WhatsApp support at +92 300 0000000

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for your convenience. Here's what you need to know:

• COD is available across Pakistan
• Additional COD fee: Rs. 50 per order
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
• Cash should be ready before the courier arrives
• If no one is available, the courier will retry delivery the next day

Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery, please:

• Provide complete and accurate address with landmark
• Include a working phone number for courier contact
• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address
• Inform us in advance if address needs to be changed
• Check your order upon delivery before the courier leaves

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to any of the following reasons:

• No one available at the delivery address
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Refusal to accept the order
• Phone number not reachable

The order will be returned to our warehouse. You may request redelivery by paying shipping charges again, or the order will be cancelled and refunded (minus any applicable shipping costs).

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date
• Provide photos of damaged packaging/products
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
• No additional cost will be charged to you
